Refund policy

At Teaching Naturally, the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a physical item, you can't (really) return a PDF, Word Document, or other file after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales on teaching naturally of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

However, sometimes circumstances happen and the file is not properly received or there is an issue technially with the file. Refunds can be offered in limited circumstances.

*Incorrect File

*Techinial difficulties that prevent you  from accessing the file

*A duplicate purchase

*You never downloaded the file or accessed the file
